Join our global TUI Musement Human Resources Team in Antalya, Turkey as an HR Advisor, you will act as the face to employees for HR. You will be their privileged contact point to support them when they start working with TUI, explaining how the contracts work and providing key information about all HR matters.

ABOUT THE JOB  

 

  • Having a good understanding of the payroll process is necessary
  • Responsible for the implementation and consolidation of TUI Group and TUI Musement HR processes and policies
  • Support the delivery of the area´s HR agenda  
  • Deliver a customer focused organisational culture with an appetite for innovation and results 
  • Issuing employment contracts and work certificates 
  • Responsible for the complete coordination and organisation of registration process 
  • Doing general administrative work from the beginning to the end of an employment relationship 

 

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • You are a dynamic HR professional with demonstrable experience in an international environment 
  • You can work timely, efficient and precisely 
  • You are an individual with excellent communication, verbal and written skills in Turkish and English (additional languages will be an advantage) 
  • You understand managing a population employed on different international legal entities 
  • You are open to learn, grow and drive your career while spreading smiles across the globe 
  • You appreciate to work in an international environment, and you are a team player with a supportive attitude 
  • You have a relevant university degree or equivalent 
  • Turkish citizenship is a must
