IT Specialist - Security

Joining the TUI Destination Experiences CIO Office team as IT Security Specialist, you will be: 

Responsible for implementing the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure data, assets and technologies are properly protected. Also support the IT security officer for identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining processes across the organization, compliance with the policies to reduce data and IT security risks.

ABOUT THE JOB 

• Implement security measures to protect systems and information infrastructure following the appropriate policies and procedures.  
• Strong drive to learn and strong analytical skills 
• Knowledge of the platform used (linux and windows). Familiarity with the operating system security requirements 
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure security and shared responsibility model. Familiarity with AWS security tools (inspector, guard duty, trusted advisor) 
• Investigate data breaches, leaks and other cyber security incidents 
• Update the procedure related to Security Incident Response.  
• The protection of Information systems from theft or damage to HW, SW and the Information on them, as well as from disruption or misdirection of the services they provide. It Includes controlling physical access to HW, as well as protecting against harm that may come via network access, data and code injection, and due to malpractice by operators, whether intentional, accidental.  
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management involves a set of policies and procedures to enable the recovery or continuation of vital technology infrastructure and systems following a natural or human-induced disaster 
• Establishing and updating BCP process 
• Establishing Identity and access management policies describing the management of individual principals, their authentication, authorization and privileges within or across systems and enterprise boundaries 
• Information Privacy being aware of legal issues surrounding enterprise data. Regulatory compliance. Being aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS and PSD2) 
• Update Security Architecture being fully integrated within the SDLC 
• Continuous improvement with regards to IT Security measures, metrics generation and management 
• Action plans definition and follow-up to remediate findings and vulnerabilities 
• Support to integrate with security services at Group level 

ABOUT YOU 

• University Degree or relevant hands-on experience
• Strong experience in Oracle, Cisco, EMC, Microsoft, VmWare, SAP advanced skills  
• ITIL and Project Management 
• Best practices in IT Security Management (desirable UNE ISO/IEC 27000 Certificate) 
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, in English. Comfortable communicating high level concepts to senior stakeholders whilst also being able to delve into the detail of complex changes when required 
• Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
