Are you a positive and energetic person with a passion for travel? Are you known for being proactive and having a sense of details? If so, we have an exciting internship opportunity for you! The Product Tours department is currently seeking an intern to support them in their planning, purchasing and managing of group and individual tours. As the tours are being sold in the Dutch, Belgium, UK and German market, it will give you an unique experience of learning how different source markets work.  This internship is four to five days per week and spans a five-month duration, from February to June. You will work in our office in Rijswijk together with our Dutch colleagues, but you will be part of an international team of 12 Product Managers working from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK and Sweden.                                          

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the international team of Product & Purchasing managers in their day-to-day operations

• Translating contracts between contracting systems
• Conducting analyses on our competition in the different source markets and preparing suggestions for enhancements of our products based on them

• Assist in the maintenance of flex tours

• Evaluating customer feedback and reviews and advise which improvements would help to increase the NPS

Qualifications:

To be a suitable candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• HBO education, preferably in tourism

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English

• A creative, precise, and self-reliant approach

• A genuine passion for travel
