Manager Brand Management International (m/f/d)

for the next possible date

 

 

About the job:

  • Analyse the respective markets to have a better understanding on market trends and demand in very close cooperation with sales functions
  • Define and implement a marketing- and communication strategy based on the global marketing strategy for the international markets outside the Germany-Austria-Switzerland region, with a strong focus on demand generation
  • Prepare a marketing plan from customer insight to execution including a corresponding budget justification
  • Develop content led communication plan to communicate club positioning and brand pillars by each channel (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) to target audience
  • Drive brand activation and ensure the brand experience comes alive through the hotel’s messaging and guest experience
  • Create integrated, segmental campaign plan focusing on demand generation and high impact activities with proven KPIs for the relevant clubs across local and international markets
  • Develop sales & marketing tools (B2B and B2C)
  • Measure, evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives based on their performance

 

About you:

  • You have a degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in this area.
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in the marketing of an international hotel chain
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, trade/retail marketing and/or tourism in sales-related areas
  • Experience in working with marketing agencies
  • Very good analytical understanding combined with commercial thinking and business sense
  • Quick thinking, good project management skills and general experience in the implementation of complex tasks, possibly also on short notice
  • Experience to work in an environment with several interfaces and stakeholders
  • High level of customer and solution orientation as well as enthusiasm
  • High level of self-motivation, strong communication, net- and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured approach to work
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel
