TUI Cruises is one of the leading cruise operators in the German-speaking region. The joint venture between TUI AG and the U.S. cruise group Royal Caribbean Group Ltd. employs around 750 people in Hamburg and Berlin and operates 12 cruise ships. The 6 ships of the Mein Schiff® fleet offer contemporary vacation travel at sea in the premium segment. With 5 ships, the long-established Hapag-Lloyd Cruises brand stands for luxury and expedition cruises.

The company already has one of the most modern and environmentally and climate-friendly cruise fleets in the world. In the course of sustainable growth, three more new ships are planned until 2026.

TUI Cruises is looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible at its Hamburg site: 

Product Manager Revenue Management Systems (f/m/d) 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical product responsibility for revenue management software/system and for the revenue management-relevant modules of the reservation system
• Conception and continuous improvement of system-related, relevant internal processes in close coordination with neighboring departments (e.g. IT and Data Science) 
• Analyzing the performance/services of the revenue management system and identifying potential for expansion and improvement 
• Creation of reports and decision papers as well as derivation of measures for continuous optimization of the systems
• Assumption of internal project management for further development or new requirement projects and implementation of internal training courses

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, industrial engineering or similar
• Professional experience in analytical areas with the topics of data science, BI systems, reporting, preferably in revenue management
• Ideally database and/or programming knowledge as well as initial know-how in the field of machine learning 
• Strong analytical skills
• Structured and agile way of working with great enthusiasm for data
• Team and communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office 365, especially Excel, preferably also Power BI
