Reports to: Senior Treasury Manager, Front and Middle Office
Contract: Permanent, Full-time


The Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing the financial risk of foreign exchange, commodities, interest rates and carbon emissions within TUI’s dynamic and international business environment. The role has a focus on the treasury risk management and cash management of the Group.





  • Management of a £10 billion FX and 2 million metric tonne fuel book
  • Lead the execution of all of the Group’s derivative trades for FX, Commodity, Interest rates and Emissions
  • Request funding to cover bank overdraft positions and manage the FINCO swap book
  • Pay down inter-company debt facilities and invest surplus funds in money market funds and bank time deposits
  • Keep up to date with developments in the FX and Fuel markets, and provide counsel to the Group’s operating subsidiaries at regular intervals
  • Regular and ad-hoc risk management related reporting to senior management
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with the business unit finance teams and other Group HQ functions





  • Relevant treasury experience, and/or professional treasury/accountancy qualification (or studying for), with a minimum of 4 years working within a corporate treasury environment
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and deadline oriented
  • Proven track record in financial risk management techniques and understanding
  • Proficient in Treasury Management Systems, financial data systems, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Transferable skills or experience that align with financial risk management
