Our new Product Manager Dynamic AO – Maternity Cover until March 2025 will be an important asset for the Dynamic Product Team within the Commercial Department to drive, develop and implement customer centric Dynamic Accommodation components. We are in a fast return of the leisure travel business after Covid-19 restrictions and lock-downs and we are building back our operations to deliver the best holiday ever to our existing and new customers.

In this role, you will have great responsibilities and many will depend on your delivery. Dynamic Accommodation Only is on the rise and you will champion this product. At the same time, you will gain a great understanding of our business and have a large impact on how TUI Nordic is performing.


Your daily task would be to:

  • You will be the go-to person in the Nordic business for all Dynamic AO Product initiatives.
  • Secure the launch of new dynamic AO countries. 
  • Proactive dialogue in regards to the development of program and portfolio suggestions and commercially important product changes. Important to look at Customer feedback and ensure we have the best quality in the programme.
  • You will react and respond swiftly to market changes, being the driving force behind re-planning activities.
  • An important part of the job is to analyse Margins and prices and make sure that we have the most competitive pricing in comparison to our competitors in the Nordic AO market. 
  • Close cooperation with our Digital Marketing team responsible for Meta channels to ensure we have a close cooperation to drive aggressive but profitable sales.
  • Work closely with the TUI Group AO product & purchasing teams to ensure that Nordic. requirements on a country or supplier level are taken into account and being actioned. 
  • Possess a knowledge and understanding for customers’ demands and behaviour in each of the Nordic countries. 



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar is required.
  • Experience from working in an international environment.
  • High digital maturity.
  • Strong co-operation skills & project management skills. 
  • 3+ years Experience within hotels and OTAs is a benefit.
  • Strong initiative and decision making with ability to deliver both working on your own and in a team. 
  • Can drive forward improvements in processes and the way that we work.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish orally and in writing. Third language a benefit.  
  • To succeed in this role you will need to be a natural communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and cooperate with virtual teams across multiple functions and markets combined with a commercial mind-set.
