Join us as an office-based Operations Agent in St. Johann, Austria and you will be responsible for planning high quality guest transfers within budget, reacting to flight changes on the day, and building strong relationships with our transport suppliers and resort colleagues. 




  • Help keep our guests happy – being the ‘go to’ person for our resort staff, for quick, accurate information  
  • Plan all guest transfers from airport to resort and back again, within budget, making sure we offer the best possible service  
  • Monitor flights, and work with our airport management and suppliers to react to flight time changes and resolve issues promptly 
  • Deal with special requests promptly 
  • Keep colleagues in resort and at the airport up to date with all changes using Microsoft Teams 
  • Ensure transport for our staff at the beginning and end of season is arranged within budget 
  • Deal with lost property and help guests get their possessions returned to them 
  • Collate and distribute feedback to our suppliers; take on board feedback from our colleagues in resort to ensure the guest journey is as smooth as possible 
  • Work predominately on our bespoke transfer system and excel 
  • Verify supplier invoices, and liaise with our accounts department to ensure they are paid promptly 



  • Fluent in verbal and written in English, plus German would be advantageous but not required
  • An open, friendly & collaborative approach, with the ability to quickly build trust with both guests, colleagues and suppliers 
  • You manage your time really well and your attention to detail is high. You always produce work to a really high standard 
  • You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you 
  • You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines 
  • You are tech savvy with a digital attitude.  You’re confident working with Outlook, Excel and Word.  
  • You have staying power, perseverance, and flexibility 
  • You want the challenge of working overseas, like the idea of getting ski time but like the structure of an office role
