Join our office team for Crystal Ski as an Operations Support Agent in France and be the key link in the chain between our resort teams, our head office colleagues, and our suppliers, providing essential admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service. You’ll also be supporting all related functions of office management to ensure that every day runs smoothly.

  • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.  
  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player with excellent communication skills and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.  
  • You have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead. 
  • You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you 
  • You have digital know-how, you want to learn the systems we use day to day, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services. 
  • You enjoy driving overseas and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions is key. 
  • You have experience in working in an office environment or something similar, but you’re happy to be guest-facing too. 


  •  Help keep our guests happy – being the ‘go to’ person for our resort staff, for quick, accurate information. 
  • Make sure that our teams have everything they need to travel to destination and do their jobs without issue.  
  • Work with the resort teams to ensure the content of our Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional, on brand, useful and above all engaging for our guests. 
  • Prepare our guests pre-booked ski essentials, so that guests have everything they need on arrival and are ready for the mountain, and everything is reconciled in our financial system (France only). 
  • Play a key part in supporting the guest facing teams by either supporting the team on the ground at the airport on a Saturday or undertaking essential tasks in our offices. 
  • Fluent verbal and written English and French.
