ABOUT YOU 

  • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life but like the structure of an office role.
  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.
  • Digital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services. 
  • Efficient & organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Confident when dealing with challenging situations, can think on your feet, quick to spot potential problems, and can use your initiative to provide solutions.
  • You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, plus German is advantagous. 


ABOUT THE JOB  

  • Ready to deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive and make sure that they also go home happy at the end of it, including preparations before they arrive.
  • Plan all guest transfers from airport to resort and back again, within budget, making sure we offer the best possible service.
  • Monitor flights, and work with our airport management and suppliers to react to flight time changes and resolve issues promptly.
  • Deal with lost property and help guests get their possessions returned to them.
  • Collate feedback from our colleagues in resort to ensure the guest journey is as smooth as possible & distribute feedback to our suppliers.
  • Work predominately on our bespoke transfer system and Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify supplier invoices, and liaise with our accounts department to ensure they are paid promptly.
  • Support colleagues in resort with the setup and co-ordination of our excursions, après and experiences program.
