The Category Management team develops the strategy for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction on TUI Musement’s global portfolio of more than 3,000 own-operated and own-branded experiences, comprising guided tours, day trips, boat trips, activities and more. We use data to spot opportunities and lead initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver profitable growth and create more smiles for our customers.  


Join us as a City Experiences Operations Specialist and play a role in defining, planning, and managing the operation for TUI Musement Own Experiences across our priority city destinations. You will manage flows, partnerships, on the ground customer service and deliver a top-quality experience at all levels, whilst ensuring a profitable operation.  




  • Help define scalable solutions and models – organising and providing suppliers (tourist guides, venues, drivers)   

  • Propose operational processes improvement where needed based on customers and suppliers’ feedback and on current tools available   

  • Collaborate with supply teams on top venues/attractions partnerships to ensure sufficient availability  

  • Assist the team during the data analysis process to improve KPIs such as customer satisfaction, gross margins  

  • Help provide feedback on the portfolio and come up with operational improvements to the tours based on the feedback from customers and suppliers  

  • Support with guides onboarding, training, and overall motivation of freelance guides to continue to work with TUI Musement   

  • Perform and memorize a varied series of manual tasks in a timely and efficient manner in an often-changing situation  




  • Fluent English language, both verbal and written. Italian and Spanish advantageous in addition  

  • Willing to work on scheduled shifts (weekend and bank holidays included)  

  • Previous experience in tourism back-office roles would be highly valued  

  • Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to adapt style according to the audience, as well as good interpersonal and negotiation skills and willingness to listen and satisfy customers’ and suppliers’ needs #Playasateam
