The Dynamic Business Development Team manages and coordinates connectivities to dynamic accommodation suppliers as well as future development of related capabilities and therefore shapes the future of the TUI accommodation product on sale. We are an international team of experts who have ownership of the development and continuous improvement of business models and processes for all product areas of TUI Source Markets using dynamically sourced accommodations on common platforms.

Become part of the Dynamic Business Development Team and actively shape our success. We are looking for a Manager Development Dynamic Production (m/f/d) as soon as possible.




  • You will be accountable for managing and coordinating new connectivities to dynamic accommodation suppliers (eg bedbanks, channelmanagers) as well as future development of existing connectivities. 
  • You will act as Key Account Manager for your dedicated dynamic accommodation suppliers. You will build a reliable partnership to them and related service providers to continuously optimize the cooperation in overall technical-process-related issues.
  • You will stay close to the operational and commercial performance of connectivities and capabilities you have delivered to ensure you understand where things can be further improved and to ensure the capabilities are being fully utilised.
  • You will support the Holiday Product Lead / Head of Development Dynamic  in successful definition, planning and delivery of key capabilities needed in an end-to-end production flow for dynamic accommodations by continuously providing input and requirements to the product owners of services and keeping the overview on delivery and timelines for your dedicated capabilities. 
  • You will balance the demand between regional and multi-regional needs, set the scope of any changes, and where required, be responsible for making trade-offs based on data driven insight to ensure we hit the dates and achieve the stated benefits and objectives.
  • You will work on the design of end-to-end processes to produce and fulfil bookings with dynamically sourced accommodations across all downstream teams 
  • You will participate in or lead local and international projects regarding the further development and expansion of the dynamic production with dynamic accommodation suppliers. 
  • You will create decision-making documents for management with evaluations and recommendations on concrete further development ideas or strategic questions within the framework of the optimization of dynamic production (in coordination with other departments and IT management).



  • Commercial or tourism education, ideally university studies in economics
  • A confident professional with several years of relevant professional experience in tourism and a strong network in at least one of TUI’s source markets, preferably in the Northern Region or Western Region
  • Extensive knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry, especially about structures and competitors in the dynamic part of the market
  • Ideally experience in cooperation with external partners and strong network among dynamic accomodation partners (especially Bedbanks, Hotelchains, Channelmanagers, Technology providers)
  • Experience in ownership and improvement of complex processes
  • Solid knowledge in project management and basic knowledge in agile software development techniques
  • Solid knowledge in the MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote) and TUI systems (especially Desti Acco Service, @comRes, Spotfire, Tableau, Jira, Confluence)
  • The role requires fluent business English (written & spoken) 




  • Strong relationship building skills in an international environment, with experience of handling multiple stakeholders
  • High IT affinity and interested in complex technical contexts; ability to translate business requirements into IT capability requests
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written and with a strong understanding of cultural aspects across all TUI markets 
  • Ability to deal with conflicts, identify blockages and obstacles in the partner and IT relationship and create win win solutions to overcome them
  • Personality that thrives in fast paced environments and is able to quickly adapt to priority changes
  • Strong customer focus mixed with commercial and strategic understanding
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as a structured and prioritized approach to work
