  •     Participate in the innovative analytics strategy of TUI AG’s hotel sector
  •     Develop the data warehouse in terms of architecture, data model and integration processes
  •     Survey functional and non-functional requirements for the data warehouse and continuously optimise existing processes
  •     Ensure the performance of the system and collect performance-related key figures
  •     Implement data analysis and visualise with self-service BI tools, maintain and development our existing reporting as well as develop new standardized reporting
  •     Interface between the project-related specification or elaboration of complex KPIs and their implementation
  •     Cooperate in an interdisciplinary team with data scientists and data analysts in a central function in the company
  •     Advise various stakeholders (product & commercial management, marketing) as well as record and prioritise their requirements for data integration and evaluation




  • University degree with IT orientation or otherwise acquired verifiable equivalent knowledge
  • Passion for data and dealing with relational databases, as well as anything that could help us solve complex problems
  • SQL is your second native language and you are familiar with common data warehouse architectures, process models and design patterns and have several years of experience in data integration
  • Initial experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (e.g. Snowflake) and ELT tools (e.g. Matillion) desirable
  • Strong analytical skills while focusing on accuracy and detail
  • Several years of professional experience in Data Science / Big Data and secure handling of SQL
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of initiative and creativity as well as the ability to think outside the box
