In this role you contribute considerably to the further development of a modern HR Controlling and People Analytics division. You support HR planning, provide actionable information and supply recommendations for action to your stakeholders. You will work in a dedicated team, interact closely with the different areas of HR Controlling and HR Analytics within the TUI Group and actively shape the group-wide reporting and controlling processes in HR.

 

What you will be doing

  • Drive development of HR Analytics
  • Develop and implement HR KPI dashboards
  • Implement digitisation strategies and further develop the HR Analytics system environment
  • Derive causal connections from data and formulate recommendations for action
  • Ensure HR reporting and controlling for TUI Group and TUI AG
  • Prepare, analyse and provide commentaries to the Group’s personnel figures, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as well as for the planning periods
  • Implement personnel planning and personnel cost planning
  • Responsibility for the HR section within Sustainability Reporting
  • Further development of the functional reporting within the TUI Group
  • Drive Diversity Reporting
  • Provide professional support in HR reporting to specific business areas as well as strategic and operational personnel planning
  • Compile, analyse and interpret data and deliver ad hoc reporting
  • Provide benchmarks and develop HR-related risk recommendations
  • Support HR projects within the Group

 

What we are looking for

  • University degree in computer science or mathematics, alternatively with a business or human resources background
  • Professional experience in Controlling, HR Reporting, HR Analytics and KPIs (or similar positions) is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of figures, high IT affinity, as well as a very good analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis procedures and analysis systems, such as Predictive Analytics, Workforce Analytics, etc. is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high degree of self-initiative and team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience in working with the top management and in dealing with different stakeholder groups
  • Excellent command of the MS Office software package (particularly Excel)
  • Application experience in SAP HR and Data & Business Warehouse software systems desirable
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German
