The Technical SEO Manager plays a key role in helping to increase TUI Musement Organic visibility by selecting key actions to be implemented, assuring best practices are in place.      



There are many ways for you to get involved:  


  • Responsibility to achieve targets, organic (SEO+direct+social): bookings, gross revenue and net margin 
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code 
  • Provide technical support and training to the rest of the Inbound SEO team 
  • Analyse website traffic reports, linking structures, codes, and content to be able to make smart recommendations to increase website traffic 



There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:  


  • Proven SEO experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition 
  • In-depth experience with relevant tools (e.g. Botify, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Google Search Console) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) 
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM 
  • English proficiency is a must
