We are looking for a Data Insights Specialist to join our growing Insights Team. Your mission in TUI Musement is to apply your strong analytical skills to marketing initiatives- this means both analyzing, monitoring and reporting insights as well as completing MarTech tasks required for the Marketing & Sales team. You will work tightly with the Insights and Marketing team to understand and define both customer and business problems, providing data driven solutions and key information that will lead to the development of a set of initiatives whose results you will be monitoring.    


There are many ways for you to get involved: 


•    Deliver bespoke marketing analyses & reports based on both Google Analytics and proprietary data
•    Evaluate and monitor current marketing performance across different channels with a particular focus on concepts such as conversion rate, LTV, and retention rate
•    Suggest improvements for our marketing strategy based on a deep understanding of KPIs and the interrelation amongst them
•    Submit GTM tagging specs for our product performance team
•    Analyse and build marketing attribution models to: draw insights, suggest new attribution models, analyze metrics on SA360 to compare ad-hoc attribution models with standard models proposed by Google
•    Build marketing feeds required to run our marketing campaigns with our key partners
There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things: 

•    Knowledge in at least three between: attribution modelling, bidding strategies, customer segmentation, channel optimization, incremental tests, media-mix modelling
•    Solid background in data analytics (incl. knowledge of SQL)
•    Experience with statistical methods applied to marketing (CLV, Customer segmentation) 
•    Solid background in Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics
•    Bsc Economics, Business, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or Marketing
•    3+ years in similar roles in online businesses
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to prove your assumptions
•    Good experience with Excel and SQL
•    Good English written and oral communication skills. Italian proficiency is not required (thanks to the international work environment in the office)
•    Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
•    Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
