Joining the TUI Group Purchasing team as Programme Implementation Manager on a multimillion transformation programme, your core focus will be rolling out key processes, organizational design and technology changes. You will be accountable for successfully implementing new ways of working and supporting the strategic direction of TUI.

There are many ways for you to get involved: 


  • Oversee all implementation activities on a multimillion transformation programme working together with different work streams and TUI companies/markets
  • Create, install, hand over and coach the use of reporting methods ensuring that changes can be sustained
  • Manage the creation of meaningful, accurate and engaging training material for a large audience
  • Responsible for managing the overall communication plan and stakeholder management
  • Develop a Group Thinking Methodology and Culture
  • Facilitate successful Change Management


There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things: 



  • Demonstrable experience of defining, and implementing, new ways of working – ideally where organisations have aligned from single to common processes  
  • Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
  • Solid Project Management experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pragmatic approach to Change Management
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Any additional language advantageous
