From family holidays via city breaks to luxury cruising, our guests enjoy holidays across the world.
We have teams of people working not only on-board the ships catering to our guests every need and ensuring smooth sailing but behind the scenes in our head offices creating memorable experiences.
With TUI’s focus on sustainability, we are committed to making our holidays more sustainable and reducing the impact on the environment. TUI Cruises is planning to eliminate all plastic and other single-use products or replace them with alternative products made from renewable or sustainable raw materials by the end of 2020. The objective of the programme is to actively contribute to the fight against the rising tide of plastic waste.
Digitalisation and innovation are key elements of TUI Group’s roadmap for future growth. Apart from simplifying systems and accelerating booking processes, the goal is also to raise the customers’ holiday experience to a new level. TUI Cruises, for instance, has developed a number of technological innovations for its cruise ships that inspire the guests and invite them to interact with technology.
