We create innovative solutions for our customers and guests by bringing together the right people and the right technologies. Flexibility is our top priority and so we work daily in an agile, dynamic environment, which is characterised by the search for new ideas and the corresponding willingness to change.
Our Digital teams are responsible for creating an easy, engaging, and optimised online experience for our customers, looking after them their first visit to our websites; from making a booking until the last day of their holiday. They do this by understanding our customers needs and behaviours, analysing what they do on our sites, and innovating their experiences through continuous “test & learn” programmes. Their aim is to excite and delight, and in doing so invite our customers to come back to us time and time again.
TUI Innovation Hackathon
Learn how TUI’s innovation hackathon creates ideas that will bring the travel experience closer to more consumers by 2050. The winners in our three categories get to develop their ideas further together with a professional development coach. The ambition is for these ideas to become TUI-products in the future creating a more digital experience for our customers.
