Joining the Group Purchasing team as Purchasing Executive – ambassador of the Group Purchasing function, your core focus will be driving revenue. You will be accountable for all buying and account management activities for TUI’s suppliers for a particular source market or across multiple source markets. 

There are many ways for you to get involved: 


  • Represent the Commercial Division in destinations, with some contract negotiations within given parameters according to contracting guidelines and bed briefs
  • Assist Purchasing Manager in the expansion of product range and exploiting any new opportunities within the area. Supplier Management
  • Support of yield management and offers negotiations as per the brief and dependant on the geography
  • Working within a highly motivated Purchasing team that will require teamwork during peak times of Contracting, this may require travel from your base at short notice 
  • Carries out their own task and willingly cooperates with colleagues to achieve team objectives, where necessary
  • To be Customer Obsessed by ensuring what is purchased is always to the highest levels of quality and service

  • A goal-oriented person with strong commercial insight and the ability to make commercial decisions based on complex information
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, preferably in the local language 
  • Proven ability to work with multiple contacts within one customer organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Any additional language advantageous
  • Knowledge of yield function
  • Commercial insight with some ability to make important commercial decisions within parameters
  • PC literate
