As Senior Material Supplier – Data Integrity you will perform the validation and maintenance of the overall accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data on the AMOS System for tooling / consumables / repairable components, consumable components & expendable material across the five TUI Airlines.

How You Will Make An Impact 
There are many ways for you to get involved:

  • Part introduction to AMOS System upon receipt of Form 1225A from Engineers, internal departments identifying the requirement for the part
  • Upload of data to relevant fields in Part Administration (APN:59) within AMOS, linking approved OEM maintenance data (SB’s, IPC), EASA 21J Design data, STC data, authenticating validity of component or material
  • Carry out Material Class Change requests on AMOS upon receipt of completed Form ENG/1006
  • PMA parts validation on AMOS upon receipt of completed Form ENG/1493
  • Identify, combine and consolidate data across multiple AMOS Systems until they merge
  • Cleanse part number data within AMOS for all listed commodity types excluding Rotable components
  • Implement processes to ensure data integrity is maintained and common across all platforms
  • Work with the Part M, local teams to harmonise the workflow and agree sign-off of any data input to AMOS
  • Interpret aircraft IPC, OEM data for alternate part applicability, linking the alterative part numbers in AMOS
  • Formulate, implement relevant Key Performance Indicators and report on a monthly basis

  • Aviation background with supply chain experience
  • Technical experience & knowledge of aviation components
  • Ability to interpret aircraft IPC’s, Vendor CMM’s, OEM SB’s & SIL’s 
  • Competent in the use of “My Boeing Fleet”
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Ability to present to both your peers and management level colleagues
  • Quick to analyse and provide a solution
  • Experience in engineering systems and environments
