How You Will Make An Impact

There are many ways for you to get involved:    

 

  • Responsibilities include the receiving, checking and unpacking of all incoming deliveries & goods receiving aircraft parts into our system in line with our company and aviation regulations;
  • Keeping unserviceable and serviceable parts segregated from each other & ensuring stores are arranged in a tidy, orderly and safe manner whist maintaining the security and integrity of the bonded store;
  • Working to deadlines actioning pick-slips for the issue and return of spares from a bonded store;
  • Shipping of spares worldwide including dangerous goods and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately;
  • Maintaining accuracy of all inventory held in the stores through day to day diligence and stock audits; 
  • Raising orders to return parts to contracted agencies or repair vendors;
  • Building part preloads for aircraft hangar inputs and attending input meetings to discuss preload shortages;
  • You will be required to work shifts as detailed & in line with the collective consultation agreement. 
     

 

What You Will Bring

There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:  
 

  • You have a secondary degree, for example in a technical or logistics direction;
  • Preferably, you have a first experience within a logistics function in an aviation environment;
  • You can work autonomously and in a dynamic team as a real teamplayer;
  • In our rapidly changing work environment you are able to set your priorities and carry out the assigned tasks independently, even without supervision;
  • You have no problems working in shifts (early / late / night), in the weekend and during holidays;
  • You are in possession of a driving license B and transportation to be able to participate in our flexible timetable;
  • You can express yourself sufficiently in English for processing and sending e-mails;
  • Strong IT (Microsoft Office, …) knowledge;
  • Knowledge of AMOS is an asset.
