ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage major incidents, which includes communicating to stakeholders, running post-mortems and working together with other SOMs across TUI
  • Be an Incident Commander for TRIPS (incl. taking on-call shifts for out of business hours), for which you will have an overall view on the TRIPS architecture also beyond Acco Sourcing
  • Manage outsourced 24/7 support (at an organizational & contractual level)
  • Promote continuous improvement with and within the teams, for both incident and change management processes
  • Drive and co-ordinate central non-functional requirements across Acco Sourcing’s sub-services (e.g. for Security, API, DevOps or Cloud standards)
  • Have a solid technical understanding of the application landscape and data flows in Acco Sourcing and adjacent TRIPS Services
    Understand the corresponding business functionalities
  • Design, agree & report SLAs and KPIs for operational performance
  • Help solving internal and external audit findings

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Understanding of DevSecOps ways of working and standards
  • Technical Know-How in IT Security and AWS  
  • Familiarity with agile development principles
  • Strong experience in problem management and good problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication skills to senior management
  • Good networking skills within and beyond the team
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining KPIs/SLAs as well as of standardizing procedures across multiple teams
  • Fluent written and spoken English & German
