Joining TUI Airways as a Crew Training Executive, you will become part of the team accountable for the planning & rostering of our training program for all Pilots and Cabin Crew within the Northern Region Airlines.  You will continually monitor crew rosters to minimise or alleviate operational changes, effectively utilising crew resources as efficiently as possible whilst ensuring training requirements comply with legal & industrial agreements and that budgetary restrictions are met.  You will report directly into the Crew Training Team Leader within your role.

Please note this role is involved with the planning and coordination of training requirements rather than the actual delivery of training.

We are happy to consider a hybrid model of working for this role with approximately 50% of your time spent onsite in our Luton office (this can be driven and dictated by operational deadlines)

This opportunity is being offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and applications close 9 December 2021.
