Join TUI as our new Head of Consumer Behavior & Offering Design. You will together with the TUI Nordic Commercial Leadership team steer and support the business with true understanding of the Nordic consumer travel trends, our TUI customer’s behaviors, needs and desires. With this, you will drive the work on how TUI should act to and develop towards relevant product and service offerings.
 

ABOUT THE JOB  

  • Work within the Global and Nordic Consumer Insight constellations
  • Work closely with the TUI Nordic Commercial Director (who you as well reports to) to drive the agenda forward within the Commercial Leadership Team and wider organization in TUI Group
  • Ensure trend and consumer research analyses to deliver relevant insights and recommendations and by that drive offering design development to meet the latest consumer trends and demand
  • Drive the Nordic consumer view within Group CI and leverage on their studies and insights and our bespoke Consumer Needs Segmentation
  • Bring the Nordic consumer and customer view to the Commercial Leadership Team, Head of community, Nordic Board and the broad Nordic organization through regular forums and initiatives
  • Translate insights into recommended actions for the Nordic Business and influence the overall TUI Group agenda
  • Drive innovation and initiatives linked to key insights, e.g. product/service/concept development, together with the relevant colleagues and functions in the Nordic business.
  • Drive the needs segmentation target strategy related to our Nordic product portfolio

 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Several years of relevant work life experience in the area of consumer insights, concept development and project management
  • High understanding and interest of consumer trends, attitudes and sentiment, customer journeys, customer lifecycle, demands – needs, desires and tensions of consumers and customers
  • Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Presentation and story-telling skills
  • Proven ability to lead and continuously develop members in a team – direct or indirect leadership skills
  • University degree within relevant area
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Experience from working in a global company
