  • Ensuring full understanding of outsourced maintenance agreements, interface procedure manuals and charging structure in order to review and ratify that the costs are appropriate and aligned to the terms of the agreements
  • Liaise with outsourced team, other TUI members and business partners on each outsourced performed maintenance to ensure advance capture of all charges and relevant supporting details
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve and/or negotiate any invoice queries, seeking guidance and authorization from the Outsourced Maintenance Manager as required
  • Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s relating to the receipt, processing and payment of invoices are met or exceeded by both parties, driving third parties to deliver timely information
  • Develop and implement approaches, processes, and forums for the improved review, assessment and validation of all outsourced maintenance invoices




  • Advanced administration and organizational skills and, and adept with Microsoft Excel
  • A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative and works collaboratively
  • An organized, methodical thinker, with meticulous attention to detail and the proven ability to develop and refine processes
  • Strong IT skills generally, and knowledge of engineering systems including AMOS
  • Ability to operate within in a pan-European arena, with multiple stakeholders across a range of source markets
  • Financial acumen to review, query, and challenge costs
  • Aviation E&M background preferred, and an understanding of base and Line maintenance activities
  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external contacts
  • A logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives
  • Understanding of project management with the ability to plan activities, manage and drive own workload
  • The Role requires strong business English, spoken and written, and may involve some international travel
