Based in Hangar 61, our Material Suppliers provide all aviation store functions including Goods-In, Despatch, Material Movements and Issuing stock.

ABOUT THE JOB
 

  • Responsibilities include the receiving, checking and unpacking of all incoming deliveries & goods receiving aircraft parts into AMOS in line with EASA regulations
  • Keeping unserviceable and serviceable parts segregated from each other & ensuring stores are arranged in a tidy, orderly and safe manner whist maintaining the security and integrity of the bonded store
  • Working to deadlines actioning pick-slips for the Issue and return of spares from a bonded store
  • Shipping of spares worldwide including dangerous goods and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Maintaining accuracy of all inventory held in the stores through day to day diligence and stock audits
  • Raising orders to return parts to contracted agencies or repair vendors
  • Building part preloads for aircraft hangar inputs and attending input meetings to discuss preload shortages. You will be required to work shifts as detailed & in line with the collective consultation agreement
     

ABOUT YOU
 

  • GCSE level C min / NVQ Level 2 / or equivalent to
  • Good numeracy, accuracy & IT Literate (AMOS & Microsoft Office)
  • Stores & Shipping experience & ability to work to deadlines & in stressful situations 
  • Ability to hold an airside driving permit, S1 goods-receiving stamp, Dangerous Goods by Air certificate & Forklift licence
