TUI fly’s Engineering department is responsible for the technical follow-up and airworthiness management of the TUI fleet.

As Maintenance Program Engineer, you will be part of the Narrow Body Engineering Center of Excellence to develop and update the Maintenance Programs of the 737-NG, 737-MAX and Embraer 190 fleet, to ensure cost-effective maintenance, in line with the EASA regulations and industry best practices.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Review changes to the manufacturers’ recommendations, regulatory requirements and their effect on the TUI customized Maintenance Programs
  • Liaise with the manufacturers regarding scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Review and integrate the recommendations from TUI engineering and the TUI Reliability Control Program into the Maintenance Program
  • Optimize the maintenance program in function of the aircraft operations
  • Manage and create scheduled maintenance task cards and liaise with production planning to develop a suitable approach for jobcard requirements
  • Define bridging programs for fleet movements (phase-in, phase-out or transfer of aircraft within TUI Group).


What You Will Bring

  • You have a bachelor or master degree in Aeronautics (or equal through experience)
  • Knowledge of AMOS software and experience in a similar position is an asset.
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-145 is an asset.
  • You have good communication skills in English.
  • You have good knowledge of standard IT applications (MS Office, …)
  • You are professional, proactive and accurate
  • You are independent, flexible and have a solution-oriented approach to work
  • You work in an international environment and with multi-cultural teams
  • Aviation and continuous improvement are in your DNA
