Digital marketing is an essential function in helping to achieve the online sales performance and brand positioning for TUI. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst – Data & Integrations plays an important role in TUI’s sales and acquisition approach by maintaining and optimising our tech and data setup, from the way we collect data on-site to how we distribute data to metasearch partners.
 

The person in this role will have a good understanding of advertising technology and be responsible for implementing and maintaining advertising tags through our Tag Management System. You will also be responsible for maintaining our inventory feeds and API’s for package, cruise and flight only. You will feed into the strategic roadmap for advertising technology in the UK and assist in the implementation of new tracking solutions such as Server to Server with support from the Data Architecture team.

Our Head office is in Luton, but TUI believes that work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We believe in offering as much flexibility to the individual on whether they work from an office or elsewhere. Of course there may be occasions when we will need you in the office for business reasons, but wherever reasonable we allow you to make the choice.

ABOUT THE JOB 
 

  • Responsible for tag management across TUI UK & I websites via Tealium
  • Owner of Facebook and Google Campaign Manager tracking
  • Setup and maintenance for different channel feeds/APIs both internal and external
  • Work with IT to schedule delivery of files from various systems to partner FTPs, or organising TUI FTP for 3rd parties
  • Ownership of partner relationship including monthly calls & PO/invoice management
  • Assist with key strategic data projects across the UK and Group, communicating with senior stakeholders where needed

 
ABOUT YOU 

 

  • Proficient with JavaScript and/or similar languages such as HTML and CSS is essential
  • Experience using a tag management tool such as Tealium
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Good working knowledge of marketing and web technology 
  • Familiar with SQL and Cloud technologies preferred but not essential
  • Strong communicator who can work with a wide range of teams with varying knowledge levels
