**The position offers the opportunity for remote working, with office presence as required. As a location we can consider any TUI (office) location in Europe. The role requires fluency in German.**

This role will drive the digital transformation in HR within TUI Group. A few years ago, SAP SuccessFactors was introduced as the new HRIT platform. For this, we are looking for creative, open-minded, innovative and inquisitive individuals to support the roll-out of the modules to other countries. Our next big project is the introduction of Employee Central in Germany. 



  • Contact person for our HCM-SAP system (in particular technical support for e.g. authorisations, organisation management, payroll, reporting), the SuccessFactors module Employee Central as well as other HR IT systems such as People Doc (electronic personnel file).
  • Active monitoring and support of the further expansion of SuccessFactors within the TUI Group and in particular during the migration from HCM-SAP system to SAP SuccessFactors
  • Development of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module as well as conceptual preparation and implementation of consulting projects in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Helping to shape and drive forward the digital transformation in HR and modernisation of HR processes in the TUI Group
  • Contact as well as application and process consultant for our internal customers, departments and users
  • Contact person for internal and external auditors during audits
  • Collaboration in (inter)national HR projects and assumption of (partial) project leadership



  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable knowledge and qualifications acquired in practice
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP HCM (ideally module PA, OM, PY) and very good SAP knowledge in the HCM SAP environment required
  • Knowledge in the systems SuccessFactors (especially module Employee Central) and PeopleDoc desirable
  • HR process knowledge and experience in HR IT implementation projects would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured approach to work and high problem-solving ability
  • Experience in working in international projects and teams as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enjoyment of new challenges and willingness to take on responsibility and contribute your own ideas and innovative solutions
  • Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) is essential
