Contracting Manager TUI CARS (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE JOB

• Acquisition of global and local car rental partners as well as (re-)negotiation and conclusion of TUI GROUP-wide, margin-optimised car rental contracts 
• Building and maintaining relationships with car rental partners                                
• Set up and agree contracts with the car rental partners as well as with the legal department                                
• Monitoring and settlement of the performance-based components of the rental car contracts                                
• Conducting structured market and competitor analysis and deriving appropriate measures                                
• Assisting the Head of TUI Cars Contracting & Projectmanagement in the (further) development and regular review of the car rental purchasing-strategy 
• Collaboration in projects to expand the business      

ABOUT YOU

• Completed degree in business administration/economics or comparable training                                
• Several years of relevant professional experience in contracting/purchasing                                
• Knowledge of the international rental car market desirable and if possible, an existing network to global and local rental car suppliers                           
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) – especially Excel                                
• Knowledge of Spotfire, MD Car and TUI Wheels desirable                                
• Negotiation skills in English, basic German skills desirable                                 
• Above-average communication skills, diplomatic appearance in an international environment and distinctive ability to deal with people from different cultural backgrounds  
• Ability to think and act entrepreneurially, analytical thinking skills                                
• Structured way of working                                
• Willingness to travel
