Join our global TUI Musement B2B Sales teams as a Commercial Development & Quotations Executive where you will be working with the wider B2B sales team helping to develop the commercial B2B interests of our Intercruises brand. 


This role is flexible allowing the candidate to be based anywhere within the UK.


Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be joining the UK & Ireland Commercial Development Team with the key objective of growing and developing our business strategically with the use of effective relationship management supported by strong commercial acumen. 



  • Assisting in the collating of financial and content proposals according to client specifications and deadlines.
  • Work closely with our own supply management teams in selecting and modifying existing product at the right price and providing overviews to the supply teams to create new products tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with B2B and Offer teams and understanding the market dynamics.
  • Conduct detailed analysis into travel and industry trends to support new business projects.
  • Communicating with Cruise Lines on ongoing Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Ad Hoc Quotation requests. 
  • Assist in converting product into sellable content and completing the necessary information to submit client bidding documents.
  • Working with the Operations & Port Delivery teams to ensuring alignment with Quoted and Delivered services.
  • Provide general support to the local B2B sales team for the UK as required.


  • Experience in cruise is required, experience or education in travel is also highly desirable . 
  • Experience of working within a commercial environment is preferred. 
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly excel is required.
  • Flexibility to travel when/if the role requires.
  • Full driver’s license preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent proficiency in written and verbal English. European languages would be advantageous.
