The Brand Marketing Executive will support in the planning and lead the implementation UK marketing activity as part of the wider Brand Marketing team. This role will encompass working across a variety of media channels including TV, print, OOH, radio, digital and partnerships. You will work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders and support the implementation of innovative strategies which drive consumer preference through powerful creative and media. Providing administrative and ad-hoc project support to the team will also be key. We are looking for someone who is creative, yet detail orientated and who is confident dealing with multiple campaigns simultaneously, whilst maintaining great relationships across the wider marketing team and beyond.

  • You’ll coordinate and deliver cross-channel brand marketing campaigns, aimed at driving awareness and consideration in line with the agreed comms priorities.
  • Brief in-house design teams and external creative agencies to deliver strategically sound content that meets the needs of all marketing channels. 
  • Work with media agencies and suppliers to plan and implement ATL marketing activity. 
  • You will own asset delivery, including toolkits, asset guides and timing plans in conjunction with agencies and internal content teams. 
  • Develop effective relationships with all marketing disciplines across the business to ensure seamless campaign integration, including Web, PR, Social, PPC, Content and CRM. 
  • Provide effective briefs and manage performance of all marketing activity, in the form of post campaign analysis and digital report interrogation.
  • Support and lead regular working groups with internal teams, updating on campaigns and wider comms activity. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as Trading, Product and Customer Insights to gather information to inform campaign briefs.
  • Support the development and implementation of co-funded marketing campaigns with any of our key external strategic partners e.g. UK Airports.  




  • A proactive self-starter, with experience working in a similar marketing communications role.
    Strong team player with ability to build lasting relationships both internally and externally. 
  • A good creative eye and are confident implementing brand guidelines, acting as a true brand champion across the business.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and experience working with large volumes of creative.
  • Ideally some experience in planning and implementing ATL media and creative across various channels. 
  • Proven experience of collaborating with other teams in order to deliver against a shared objective.
  • Good networker with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused under pressure, with strong attention to detail. 
  • PC literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of TUI UK brand and product portfolio ideal.
