Our Roles

At Crystal Ski, there are different ways to be part of a winter season in the mountains. From guest-facing roles to behind-the-scenes support, each position plays a key part in delivering unforgettable winter holidays.

Ski Reps

Ski Reps are at the heart of the Crystal Ski experience. As the main point of contact for our guests in resort, you’ll welcome arrivals, support them throughout their holiday, and share your local knowledge to help them make the most of their time in the mountains.

Childcare

Our Childcare Reps create safe, engaging, and age-appropriate experiences for our youngest guests. Working with children aged 6 months to 8 years, you’ll deliver fun programmes that support development while creating magical moments for families on their winter holiday.

Ski Operations

Ski Operations roles focus on keeping everything in resort running smoothly. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving, you could be supporting areas such as transport, logistics, finance, or working closely with customer-facing teams. It’s a varied role where you help make sure day-to-day operations stay on track. All while living in a mountain environment.
