Account Implementation Manager (First Choice & Hotels) 12 months FTC

The role holder will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and modernisation efforts of the Tourist Boards and Partnerships team through the delivery of two key pillars - partnerships and projects. In addition to supporting the Senior Team with BAU negotiation and budget acquisition efforts across new and existing global partners, this role will be responsible for initiating and leading the delivery of several new strategic projects. These projects will improve the team’s ability to better service the developing requirements of our partners and unlock incremental revenue opportunity for TUI. The role itself sits within the Group Tourist Board and Partnerships structure and you will work as part of a fully international team that currently services all core TUI markets. 

ABOUT THE JOB:  

  • Alongside Group Account Manager- Hotels and our external marketing consultant, identify and implement new onsite and off-site projects that will allow the team to unlock budget acquisition opportunities for the smaller budget partners. 

  • Support the development of content, implementation, and pricing strategies (including viability of automation where relevant) of any new marketing opportunities delivered to maximise the commercial benefit for TUI. 

  • Use and analyse data to develop an understanding of trends and opportunities that will direct future approach in relation to the acquisition of budgets and approach to business development. 

  • You will be responsible for acquisition and negotiation of First Choice & hoteliers’ budgets and liaising with your partners directly to obtain sign off on marketing activities.  

  • You will manage the production and implementation of marketing proposals in a way that generates the maximum value for both the business and our partners.  

  • Work closely with First Choice and TUI Marketing to ensure above projects deliver incremental marketing opportunities for partners that provide a strong return on investment and support TUI’s wider digitalisation agenda. 

  • Regularly dealing with Senior stakeholders, both internal and external to TUI. This includes delivering commercial presentations and providing updates on budgets and key projects. 

ABOUT YOU: 

  • Experience of Account Management and negotiation and/ or marketing is desirable. 

  • Strong commercial aptitude and comfortability with data 

  • Strong relationship builder at all levels of Seniority 

  • Self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity. 

  • Ability to innovate and challenge existing ways of working. 

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Language skills optional but beneficial
