Learning Advisor

Join the Global Talent, People Development & Culture as Learning Advisor where you will have a specific responsibility for the learning activities for TUI Hotels & Resorts. The role will be responsible to deliver and coordinate training across the current global portfolio whilst been an integral part of supporting new hotels that we are opening. 

This role is based in Zanzibar and responsible for our owned/managed hotel properties. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

• You will work together with the central HRBP team, internal stakeholders including the TUI Hotel Operations team and hotel leadership colleagues to identify skills gaps, supporting with the design, creation and delivery of modern development solutions for our hotel colleagues. 
• Constantly evaluating our learning and development materials to ensure any colleague skill gaps or risks highlighted from the latest CSQ scores are addressed promptly. 
• Identifying how best to support, promote and develop our culture, and the skills our colleagues require to drive the hotel business strategy forward.
• You will help to ensure the big picture is always delivered to new hotel colleagues so that everyone has a clear understanding of the TU BLUE strategy. 
• Be proactive with working with all GMs in your region to create a Learning & Development agenda that supports the future hotel growth strategy. 
• Support the HRBPs in coordinating the Learning & Development requirements of the TUI Happy People Agenda. 
• Collaborate and upskill the hotel training ambassadors, providing them with direction whilst also creating a sense of community to drive their continuous engagement.

• You have previous experience in providing learning solutions.
• You are proactive and can manage learning projects.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You are a forward-thinking individual who is willing and open to trying new ways of working.
• You are a team player who wants to learn, grow, and drive your career while helping TUI Hotels deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests across the globe.
• Hotel experience in operations is preferable but not essential. 
• You have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Local and additional languages would be highly advantageous.
