Int. Graduate Programme FAQ
International Graduate Programme - General FAQ
When does the International Graduate Programme start and how long does it last?
Applications for the September 2025 programme are now live until the the 18th of November. The Graduate programme is a two-year programme with four assignments of six months across its duration.
Is there a deadline for applications?
Yes. Our closing date for the September 2025 intake is the 18th of November.
Which nationalities are invited to apply?
All nationalities are welcome to apply. We are very keen to build a strong and diverse team.
We will require you to live and work from one of our main employing locations, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with relocation costs or logistics and we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. You must have a permanent right to live and work in one of the countries listed above, without sponsorship, to be eligible to apply. This includes applicants in possession of a Tier 4 Student Visa.
Will I be given feedback if my application is unsuccessful?
Each application will be acknowledged, but unfortunately due to the high number of applications we receive, we are not able to provide detailed feedback to unsuccessful candidates after application screening, online assessment, or the digital interview stage. However, we will provide individual feedback to all candidates who attend one of our assessment centres.
Where will I be based?
Here at TUI, we believe work is something we do and not somewhere we go. Most head office roles work in a hybrid way, working from home with regular trips to the local office. You will be primarily based from home unless you live near one of our offices and prefer to work in an office environment and we will arrange regular visits to meet your team during each assignment.
How are the projects assigned to the Graduates?
Although your first assignment will be organised and chosen for you, for the remaining assignments you will have an opportunity to share your preferences during a career conversation with the programme manager to ensure we support your development and career aspirations.
What happens when the Graduate Programme is over?
Assuming that you receive excellent feedback from your assignments, there will be many opportunities open to you upon completion of the programme. The personal network you establish, and your performance will be beneficial in finding a suitable role within the business and we will support you with your job search.
