We are one of the world’s leading tourism groups counting 1200 travel agencies and online portals, five airlines with around 130 aircraft, over 400 hotels, 16 cruise liners, digital platforms for tours and activities and most importantly over 65 000 colleagues around the world. What unites us is creating moments that enrich the lives of our 19 million customers.

Beside the unforgettable experience we provide our customers, we also believe in the good that tourism can bring and we care deeply about our environmental impact. The TUI Care foundation has projects in over 30 countries worldwide, building on the potential of tourism as a global force for development. The Foundation opens up new perspectives through education and training, empowers local communities to benefit from the success of tourism and engages in the protection of nature and the environment.

Being on the ground at TUI doesn't mean being dull. You could find yourself in one of our offices spread across 14 countries, or working in one of our thousands of travel agencies, conveniently located for millions of customers. And let's not forget about our colleagues in hotels, spanning 40 countries worldwide.

If you feel most at home among the clouds, join our Cabin Crew and Pilots flying passengers to over 180 destinations, from sun-soaked shores of Cancun to the idyllic retreats of Punta Cana. But safety first – behind every smooth ascent and safe landing, our engineering and maintenance crews, along with other essential ground staff, ensure that every journey is a breeze.

And if the ocean calls to you, come dive into a career in our crew, operating a fleet of over a dozen cruise liners, and entertaining guests on board. And to ensure each voyage sets sail without a hitch and remains smooth sailing, our port crew and dedicated engineering and maintenance teams keep everything shipshape.

Our ambition is a more sustainable future for tourism in all three dimensions of sustainability (social, environmental and economic). We strive to become sustainability leaders in all that we do.

Our Agenda is based on three building blocks; 1) to empower ‘People’ to drive development, 2) reduce TUI’s environmental footprint on the ‘Planet’ and 3) partner with others to ‘Progress’ the transformation of our industry.

Together with our partners we strive to continue to positively contribute to local communities, reduce our environmental footprint and create experiences that are authentic and sustainable.

Leadership at TUI

Here at TUI, we value individuals and therefore we value individual leadership styles. The VIBE Leadership Model (Vision-Inspire-Build teams-Execute) is a simple and powerful framework that encapsulates key elements of effective leadership and is a useful tool to guide our leaders.
