IT’S OUR PEOPLE THAT MAKE US NUMBER ONE.
Our teams are spread across 100 travel destinations serving 27 million customers a year, making us the leading tourism business in the world. Even so, this is just the beginning.
Our Ways of Working
For most office based roles, COVID 19 has meant that we are all working from home and we are regularly reviewing how and when our offices can safely re-open. The last year has shown that having greater flexibility and choice over where we work, when it’s possible, gives us the opportunity to achieve a more balanced life, based on our own individual circumstances and roles. The different categories of roles are explained below.
Office with virtual working
Your main office is considered your work location but some or all of your work can be achieved working remotely. Job adverts will show the main office or if the job can be based from a number of office locations, look out for a flexible location on the advert.
Your operational job role requires you to work from a particular location or locations for the majority or all of the time. This could be a shop, airport or office. The location will be specified on the advert.
Your home address is your work location and you will be on a specific home working contract. It is likely you will need to live in a specified geographic region or timezone and where we have a registered Company legal entity.
Flexible – Work Abroad
In these roles, we will place you in any one of our 100+ fabulous holiday destinations for the season. We will arrange your flights, accommodation and the necessities to ensure you get settled into your new home quickly and can start enjoying your new job.
It’s our people that make us number one.

”I have the privilege to work with our amazing web teams. Really small cross-functional teams that run our E-Commerce Platform. That means that I do everything from making sure that they have an involvement plan here at TUI to making sure that everyday life goes frictionless.“
