Come as you are - DEI at TUI

We're here to create unforgettable experiences.
For customers. For each other too.

To do this, we need to be ourselves, every day. Feel we belong and feel good in our unique-ness. That's why diversity, equity and inclusion are important to us.
So our simple ask is to 'Come As You Are', and make sure that other people can do it, too.
Because together, our potential is limitless.

Our DEI approach and ambitions

We know people are as diverse as the destinations we send our customers to. Just as travel is about exploration, we are on a journey to make our work culture more inclusive. To do this, we have a global approach to DEI with three focus areas and a set range of clear targets across TUI to ensure we can achieve our DEI ambitions:

People and Culture

We want to attract, recruit, develop and retain the best talents to reflect a diverse workforce throughout the TUI organisation.

Our ambitions:

    • We establish an internal benchmark for diversity by December 2024
    • All colleagues to have access to inclusion training by 2025
    • TUI is recognised as an inclusive employer, with a score of 85%+ on an internal DEI survey by 2030

    Inclusive leadership

    We create a work environment where we have trusted leaders, and all colleagues feel like they belong, are valued and are engaged to achieve exceptional results.

    Our ambitions:

    • We establish our internal benchmark for the diversity of our leadership teams by December 2024
    • We have a total of 35% women in leadership positions by 2026
    • We have full transparency on equal pay by 2026 across TUI

    Community

    We represent the diverse communities we serve through our communication, our products, partnerships and our investments​.

    Our ambitions:

    • We gain 5+ new accreditations for DEI partnerships by 2026
    • We aim to be recognised as an organisation with a high ranking in a Diversity Index by 2030
