Application Process
When should I apply?
You can apply as early as six months before the season starts. Submit your application online to secure your dream role!
When does the job start?
Most employments begin at the start of the summer season in March. For the winter season, employees usually start in November.
How do I apply?
It’s easy! Visit the TUI Careers website, browse exciting roles, and apply online. Just upload your CV and answer a few quick questions. Applications by email or post aren’t possible – we keep it simple and digital.
How will the application process look?
You’ll start by submitting your application online through the TUI Group Careers website. Our HR team at the headquarters in Germany will review your profile and invite you to one or two online interviews – sometimes individually, sometimes in a group setting. If we’re a great match, you’ll receive a job offer followed by a pre-contract to confirm your working conditions. Finally, you’ll get your official local contract when starting your exciting journey with us.
I’ve worked with TUI MAGIC LIFE before. Can I come back?
Absolutely! We love welcoming back familiar faces. Apply online and mention your previous experience – or reach out to your former supervisor.
Can friends or couples apply together?
If you want to work together, you will need to apply separately first. If both of you succeed in the process and there are matching vacancies, we’ll do our best to place you in the same club. Just let us know during your interview.
Requirements & Eligibility

What are the requirements for a successful application?
To join our team, you need to be at least 18 years old, available for a full season of around six months, and flexible to travel to our different club destinations. If you bring enthusiasm, team spirit, and a love for creating unforgettable moments, you’re already on the right track!
What language skills do I need?
English is essential because our teams and guests are international and activities are hosted in English. Additional languages are a plus but not always required.

Do I need licenses or certificates?
Some roles require specific licenses (e.g., fitness or watersports). Check the job profile for details.
Are internships available?
Unfortunately, we do not offer internships at the moment. But if you’re ready for a full season, we’d love to welcome you to the team!
Are there rules about tattoos, piercings, or dress code?
We love individuality, but we also want to keep things professional. Tattoos with potentially controversial content should be covered, and facial piercings should be kept discreet or replaced with subtle plugs. Your team outfit will be provided and should always be worn during duty hours – so you can look and feel part of the MAGIC LIFE team!
Contracts & Legal Details
Will I work on a seasonal contract, and how long is a season?
We work with seasonal contracts that usually last around six months. Most team members start in March for the summer season or in November for the winter season. We ask our employees to stay for the full season so you can truly experience the magic of working in our clubs and build strong connections with your team and guests.
How many days will I work?
Our teams usually work six days a week with at least one day off. Your schedule will allow you to enjoy the destination too!
How do vacation days work?
Vacation policies vary by country. Often, vacation days are collected and taken at the end of the season
Do I get to use club facilities?
You can generally enjoy the club facilities in your free time. The detailed rules differ from club to club and will be communicated by the Entertainment Manager. Of course, guests always come first, but you’ll have plenty of chances to experience the club lifestyle.
What can I do on my day off?
You can enjoy the club facilities or explore the destination. Just remember: if you’re on the club grounds, you represent TUI MAGIC LIFE – so you must keep it professional.
What are the rules about alcohol and smoking?
Soft alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation, if you have guest contact in the evening program. Smoking is permitted only outside active program times and away from guests and children.
Are there rules about relationships?
We want everyone to feel comfortable and professional at work. Relationships between team members should stay private and never interfere with your job or the positive team atmosphere. Respect and discretion are key to keeping the MAGIC LIFE spirit alive!
Do I get team clothing?
Yes, your team outfit is provided on-site. For specialized roles like sports or dance, we’ll discuss equipment individually..
What salary can I expect?
Your salary depends on the position and your experience, and we’ll discuss all details during the interview process. What we can promise upfront: your flights, accommodation, and health insurance are covered by the club. So you can focus on what matters most – enjoying your new adventure and creating unforgettable MAGIC Moments!
Do I have a probation period?
Yes, but the length varies by country. Details will be in your contract.
Do I need health insurance?
We’ve got you covered! Health insurance starts on your first working day. For your journey, consider private travel insurance.
Placement & Accommodation
When will I know my placement?
We’ll confirm your club at least four weeks before your start date. Flexibility is key – but we do consider your preferences.
Can I choose my preferred country?
During your interview, you can share your preferred destinations with the recruiter. We’ll do our best to consider your wishes, but placements depend on club needs and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I choose a specific club?
We’ll try to match your wishes, but guest needs come first. Think of it as part of the adventure!
Which countries are available for this role?
Most roles exist in all our clubs. Exceptions include Kids Entertainment, which is not available in adults-only clubs.
What will my accommodation look like?
Accommodation is free! You’ll share a comfortable double room with a same-gender colleague, usually on the club grounds.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed in staff accommodation or club areas.
Are all clubs open in winter?
No, not all clubs operate year-round. We have clubs in Turkey, Greece, Spain, Italy, Tunisia, and Egypt, but some close during winter. Your recruiter will guide you on available destinations for your season.
Can I work in multiple clubs during one season?
No, you’ll stay in one club for the entire season. After that, you’re welcome to apply for another season in a different club – we love seeing team members return!
Are shorter assignments possible?
No, we look for team members who can stay for a full season (around six months). This ensures the best experience for you and our guests.
Travel & Visa

Do I need a visa?
EU citizens working in the EU don’t need a visa, just a work permit. For non-EU destinations, we’ll guide you through the visa process and cover the costs.
Do I need a passport?
For non-EU countries, yes – a passport valid for at least 12 months. For flexibility, we recommend everyone has a valid passport.
Can I work with a UK passport?
Yes, for some roles and destinations this is possible. Please check the job profile for details on eligibility.
Do I book my own flights?
No – we’ll handle it! Your home airport is the closest to your registered address. We’ll also organize your transfer from the airport to the club.
What about baggage?
One checked bag (20 kg) and one personal item are included. Need more? Check the airline’s website for options.
Training & Development

What does onboarding look like?
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by your team and guided through everything you need to know. We provide training, support, and plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.
What about career growth?
Show your talent and commitment, and opportunities will come! Many of our team members grow into leadership roles like Kids Chief or Assistant Entertainment Manager. Your journey can grow as far as your ambition takes you.
What is the Summer Kick-Off?
It’s our big start to the season! Selected employees in certain roles join a special training event in one of our clubs. Accommodation, and meals are provided. If you start later or are not selected for Summer Kick-Off, you’ll get on-site training.
