Operations & Support Roles

From airport transfers and excursion coordination to commercial, finance, HR, and health & safety, these roles are essential in making our guest promise a reality. Whether in the field or office-based, they enable our frontline teams and help shape the holidays our guests love.
Where can you find us?
Our TUI Greece offices are located in Athens, Heraklion (Crete), Rhodes, Kos, Corfu, and Zakynthos. These offices support our administrative, operational, and support teams across the country.
Many of our colleagues work directly where the holiday action happens - from busy airports like Athens and Heraklion to stunning islands such as Rhodes, Kos, Corfu, and Zakynthos. Here, our teams ensure smooth arrivals, unforgettable guest experiences, and seamless operations.
