We're proud to share that TUI UK&I has been awarded silver status as an Inclusion In employer and recognised for our strategic approach. TUI UK&I achieved a score of 75 compared to the Hospitality, Leisure and Retail industry standard of 66.

The silver accreditation is awarded to organisations that prioritise DEI as a strategic objective, with inclusion embedded throughout the culture and leaders being given the skills to lead inclusively, with accountability for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
