Welcome to Finland!
TUI Finland has been part of Finland’s travel industry since 1964, originally operating under the name Vingresor. Today, we have around 60-70 colleagues based at our main office in Helsinki.
Our Finnish team enjoys a flexible hybrid working model with free seating, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment shaped by our "Good Habits" framework. The Piazza serves as our central hub for lunch, coffee, events, and TUI Talks. We offer a variety of roles across Sales & Marketing, Commercial, HR, and Finance. Finland’s unique charm lies in its four seasons and its magical connection to Santa Claus.

Our Helsinki office is home to a dynamic mix of teams at the heart of TUI’s success. It’s a vibrant hub where innovation, collaboration, and customer focus come together. From Sales & Marketing—covering Content, E-commerce, and CRM/SEO—to our Commercial teams dedicated to Quality, Customer Experience, and Business Development, every role contributes to crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our customers.
Supporting these efforts are our expert HR and Finance teams, who ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. They empower our people and drive strategic decisions that help the business grow. Together, our Helsinki teams bring passion and purpose to their work every day, all while staying connected to the excitement of the travel industry.
Where to find us
Our TUI Finland Head Office can be found at Fredriksberg B, 6th floor, Helsinki
- Train: The nearest train station is Pasila (Böle), which is just a short walk away. Frequent trains run from Helsinki Central Station and other surrounding areas.
- Tram: Several tram lines stop nearby, including lines 1, 7, and 9, with stops at Länsi-Pasila and Kyllikinportti within walking distance.
- Bus: Numerous local buses serve the Pasila area. Check HSL (Helsinki Region Transport) for the best route.
- Car: Limited parking is available in the Fredriksberg area. There are public parking garages and street parking nearby (some may be paid).
- Bike or on foot: The area is well-connected with bike lanes and pedestrian routes, making it accessible for eco-friendly commuting.

What I love most is the people and the opportunities to grow - especially as a woman in leadership. As a mum to a 5-year-old daughter, it’s inspiring to work somewhere that truly supports and encourages women to lead. Since starting as a trainee, I’ve taken on roles across sales, revenue management, partnerships and digital, gaining a real end-to-end view of the business. TUI also promotes a great work-life balance with flexible hours and remote work - and of course, the travel perks are a favourite of mine!
