Customer Experience Airport Representative

As the first point of contact for customers on their day of travel, you’ll provide face-to-face support whilst ensuring a smooth journey. From assisting individuals to managing crisis situations, you’ll work closely with internal airport teams to coordinate every step of the customer journey. Passionate about delivering outstanding service, you’ll embrace a varied shift pattern, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to seasonal flight schedules while maintaining detailed daily logs for team reference.

Customer Experience Airport Team Leader

Take the lead in driving exceptional customer service while supporting a team of Airport Representatives. As an escalation point for on-the-day disruptions, you’ll coach and guide your team to resolve customer issues effectively, identify training needs, and escalate trends to management. With additional responsibilities such as rota management and team assessments, you’ll also attend meetings and support surrounding airports. Partnering with the Customer Experience Airport Manager, you’ll help deliver on key objectives and KPIs, ensuring your team thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
