Customer Experience Airport Representative
As the first point of contact for customers on their day of travel, you’ll provide face-to-face support whilst ensuring a smooth journey. From assisting individuals to managing crisis situations, you’ll work closely with internal airport teams to coordinate every step of the customer journey. Passionate about delivering outstanding service, you’ll embrace a varied shift pattern, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to seasonal flight schedules while maintaining detailed daily logs for team reference.
