Before you apply

To work in one of our local destination roles, you'll need to demonstrate your legal right to work in the country where the position is based.  Requirements vary by destination and nationality. The information below outlines the documentation typically required during the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements may change and additional documentation may be requested during the recruitment process.

Bulgaria

Required Documents

  • ID Card or Passport
  • Certificate of Length of Service (Employment Record)
  • Medical Certificate (Fit to Work)
  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)
  • Settled Status (UK nationals

Croatia

Required Documents

  • ID Card or Passport
  • Residence Card or OIB ID Number
  • Croatian Tax ID Number
  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)
  • Settled Status (UK nationals)
  • Criminal Record Certificate (required for work permit applications)

Cyprus

Required Documents

  • ID Card or Passport
  • ARC Number or Yellow Slip
  • Tax ID Number
  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)
  • Settled Status (UK nationals)

Additional Information Local hires should obtain their Yellow Slip (residency permit) or Cypriot ID card prior to employment.

Egypt

Greece

  • AMKA Social Security Number
  • AFM Tax Number

Morocco

  • Social Security ID

Portugal

Required Documents

  • ID Card or Passport
  • Visa, Residence Card or EU Citizen Certificate (where applicable)
  • Portuguese Fiscal Number
  • Portuguese Social Security Number
  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)
  • Residence Card with Authorisation for Professional Activity (UK nationals)

Additional information: Requirements for British nationals are assessed in line with current immigration regulations.

Spain

Required Documents

  • NIE or DNI
  • Passport
  • Spanish Social Security Number (Seguridad Social)
  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)
  • Settled Status (UK nationals)
  • TIE confirming right to work in Spain (UK nationals)

Tunisia

Required Documents

  • ID card or Passport
  • Criminal Record Certificate
  • Employment Record Certificate or Diploma
  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)

Turkey

Required Documents

  • IBAN (Account Holder Name and Account Number)

Additional information: Candidates must have:

  • A residence permit
  • A registered address
  • A bank account with Garanti Bank
  • A Turkish mobile phone number for online banking access
