Our Teams
Reps
Our Reps are the welcoming spirit of TUI, stationed at airports and hotels across our beautiful Cancun and Los Cabos resorts. From the moment guests arrive until they say “hasta luego,” these friendly faces make sure everyone feels supported, safe, and ready to enjoy the magic of Mexico.
Back Office
Our back office teams keep TUI running like a well-oiled machine. From finance and HR to IT and compliance, they work behind the scenes to make sure every plan, process, and system is in place - so our Reps and Operations team can focus on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Operations
Working quietly behind the scenes, our Operations teams plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of TUI services on the ground. They ensure logistics, scheduling, and daily activities run smoothly so our guests have seamless travel experiences.

While the office is the hub for our administrative and support teams, many of our colleagues are located directly where the action happens. We operate from Cancun Airport, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, while others are regularly on site at our hotels throughout the region. Additionally, we have exciting opportunities in Playa del Carmen and Los Cabos, offering a chance to work in some of Mexico’s most beautiful and popular resort areas.
