International Graduate Programme - General FAQs

When does the International Graduate Programme start and how long does it last?

The Graduate Programme runs for two exciting years, usually starting in September.

Is there a deadline for applications?

Yes! Our closing date for the September 2026 intake is 17th November 2025.  This deadline has now passed, and applications for our 2026 programme are now closed.

Which nationalities are invited to apply?

We welcome applications from all nationalities! We're passionate about building a strong and diverse team.

You'll need to live and work in one of our main employing locations: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands or the UK. Please note that we can't assist with relocation costs or logistics, and we're unable to provide visa sponsorship. To be eligible, you must have a permanent right to live and work in one of these countries without sponsorship (this includes applicants with a Tier 4 Student Visa).

Will I be given feedback if my application is unsuccessful?

We'll acknowledge every application, but due to the high volume we receive, we can't provide detailed feedback to unsuccessful candidates after the application screening, online assessment, or digital interview stages. However, we will give individual feedback to everyone who attends one of our assessment centres.

Where will I be based?

Here at TUI, we believe work is something we do, not somewhere we go! Most head office roles operate in a hybrid way, with a mix of home working and regular office visits.

To give you the best possible experience and help you build your network, we encourage our graduates to work from the local office as much as possible. You'll need to be able to easily travel to one of our offices in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands or the UK.

How are the projects assigned to Graduates?

We'll provide you with a list of available assignments and you'll have the opportunity to discuss your preferences during a career conversation with our Leadership Development team. This helps us support your development and career aspirations. The final decision will be made by the Leadership Development team

What happens when the Graduate Programme is over?

If you receive excellent feedback throughout your assignments, many exciting opportunities will be open to you upon completion. The personal network you've built and your performance will be valuable in finding your next role within TUI. We'll support you with your job search when the time comes.

How do I apply?

Applications for the 2026 programme are now closed. To be notified when we open up the next cohort for applications, please sign up for job alerts, and follow our TUI careers social channels.
