ABOUT THE JOB

• Coordinate and ensure the systematic provision of product information for TUI hotels.
• Regularly update and maintain product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Provide user support for technical inquiries related to the PIM system.
• Implement minor system configurations for data models, dashboards, and workflows.
• Manage operational user tasks within the PIM system.
• Ensure quality and consistency of product information across our hotel portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

• Completed training in business, tourism, communication studies, or related field; relevant technical training is also considered.
• Experience in managing data systems, ideally a Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Work experience in the hotel or tourism sector is desirable.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, hotel marketing, and portfolio management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Content Management Systems, Product Information Management Systems, and Portfolio Management Systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 for operational tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality assurance processes.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to assist users with technical inquiries.
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an advantage, given the focus on international markets.
