Nazar Nordic | Danish speaking Travel Sales Agent (summer substitute)

Join Nazar´s Holiday Center, our call center, where we sell and arrange holidays for guests across the Nordic countries. Our goal is to provide top-notch service, making sure every guest´s holiday starts the moment they contact us. 

About the role:

As a Sales Advisor at Nazar you will help guests by:

• Booking and organizing their holidays

• Answering questions via phone, email, chat, and social media

• Making changes to bookings

• Solving problems before and during trip

To give the best service, you will need good knowledge of our hotels and destinations. We provide training to make sure you are well prepared.

Working Hours: 

Summer hours include eveings and weekends

Working hours: 8 hour shifts day, afternoon or evening time. Our opening times are weekdays 08.00-22.00, weekends 09.00-17.00.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are positive, customer-focused person who enjoys both independent work and teamwork, You handle stress well, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping and inspiring guests. 

Your profile:

• Fluent in Danish (plus another Nordic language is a bonus)

• Basic English skills

• Experience in tourism, sales, or customer service

• Good computer skills 

Contract details:

• Work period from mid-May to end of August (flexible dates)

• Possibility of longer employment after summer
